Make Your Payment Online

  • Use our online payment system to pay your bill.
  • Site unavailable Monday through Friday from 10:30pm to 12:30am.
  • All payments made before 5:30pm on weekdays will be credited the same business day. Payments received after 5:30pm, on weekends, or on city observed holidays will be credited the next business day. If paying prior to 2pm Monday - Thursday and your water is off please call 739-1252 so a work order may be issued.  Friday payments must be received prior to 11:00am. If payment is made after the designated time water will be restored the next business day between 1pm - 4pm. Must be present to have water turned back on.

Starting New Service

New residents or businesses must submit application online or go to City Hall, 100 N Midwest Boulevard to start new service. In most instances services requested by 12 p.m. Monday - Thursday and 11 a.m. Friday will be turned on the same day between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. Services requested after 12 p.m. M-Th and 11 a.m. Friday will be turned on the next business day between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.  Two forms of Government issued ID are also required at the time of application.   Please call 405-739-1252 or 405-739-1254 if you have further questions.

In addition, applicant must have lease, rental agreement or home ownership papers.

There is a $25 non refundable setup fee due at the time of services being established..

All residents are required to be home when services are started.  If not home, water will be left off and customer will need to contact customer service for another work order.  That work order will be worked between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. the next business day.  

 

Residential Deposits

All deposits are due at the time you set up your service.

  • Renter's deposit: $120
  • Renter's with active military ID deposit: $90
  • Home owners deposit: $90 (must provide ownership papers)

Commercial Deposits

  • Commercial Deposits: $175

For questions regarding starting a commercial account, call the Community Development Department at 405-739-1210 to learn how to obtain a Certificate of Occupancy. You must have this certificate when you start new service.

Transferring Service

To transfer service to another location within Midwest City, please call Customer Service at 405-739-1252 or 405-739-1254.

You must bring in your lease or ownership papers for the home you will be transferring services to. In most instances services requested by 12 p.m. Monday - Thursday and 11 a.m. Friday will be turned on the same day between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. Services requested after 12 p.m. M-Th and 11 a.m. Friday will be turned on the next business day between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.  There is a $25 transfer fee that will be included on your first bill at the new location. Your existing account must be up to date at the time of the transfer request.

You may also fax 405-869-8613 or email your request to transfer services.  We will need one form of identification, the lease or ownership papers,  the stop date for the house your moving from and the start date for the house your moving to. Your existing bill will need to be current before the transfer can be processed.

Terminating Service

To terminate service, please call Customer Service at 405-739-1252 or 405-739-1254, or come in person to the Customer Service Department.

Flush Meters

Flush meters are available for use by anyone who has completed a contract of service and paid the required deposit and setup fee.  Flush meters are designed to measure water usage distributed from a fire hydrant.  They are designed to be used for construction projects.  If your company has never had an account with the city, both fire hydrant application and commercial application will need to be completed.

The required deposit is $600.00 with a monthly rental fee of $60.00 plus the cost of usage per thousand gallons.

Application and deposit must be made to Customer Service.  Once paid, you'll need to take the contract and receipt to Public Works located at 8730 SE 15th Street to pick up the meter.
