Memorial Hospital Authority Trust Board of Grantors
Overview
The Midwest City Memorial Hospital Authority Trust Board of Grantors (the Grantors) are appointed by the Trustees of the Midwest City Memorial Hospital Authority (the Authority) and the Midwest City Chamber of Commerce (the Chamber). The Grantors operate by a Trust Indenture between the Authority and the Chamber for the good of the City of Midwest City and meet as needed.
The Grantors' duties include:
- To apply for and receive grant monies
- Advertise and distribute grant applications to the public
- Evaluate community needs
- Review the submitted grant applications for the Midwest City Community Grant Program and make recommendations to the Trustees of the Authority
