Online Billing/Payment

The City of Midwest City offers its customers the option of online bill payment.

Residents can also set up their utility bill account for "Auto Pay," using their credit/debit card. The service works just like a bank draft, in that funds are automatically taken from the residents account.  Please see the schedule when logged into the pay site.  Autopay set up online will have to be managed by the account holder online.

Customers paying online by credit/debit card will be charged a $2.75 convenience fee.

Ready to go paperless? Sign up for online utility billing to receive your utility bill electronically. View billing and usage information as well as account payment and consumption history online 24/7. Once logged on click on the Manage eBilling tab to make your choice.  You may also call Customer Service at 405-739-1252 and they may set it up for you.

Automatic Bank Draft

Bank drafting allows for the automatic debit of your monthly utility bill from your checking account.
