Policies
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. Balance of rentals is due 60 days prior to date of function. Otherwise function will be canceled.
The building is not available for rental Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., and on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and any other holiday designated by the Midwest City Council.
