Activities

The Midwest City Senior Center offers several weekly classes and activities for your enjoyment.

Due to COVID-19, exercise groups are limited to the first 30 participants, Line Dancing is limited to the first 16 to sign up for the day, and Bingo is limited to the first 15.

Strength and Stretching Exercise

Guided exercise is led by one of our participants each weekday at 10 a.m. in the Grand Room. Exercisers of all levels are invited to join. Whether you are able to stand or sit, we have exercise opportunities for you.

We also have a Wellness Room where you can walk the treadmill, ride a recumbent bike or use one of our workout machines. Due to social distance safety measures, our Wellness Room is limited to three users at a time. All exercise classes and exercise in the Wellness Room are self-guided and at your own risk.

Line Dancing

Join us every Wednesday at 1 p.m. for line dancing. There's plenty of space to get moving while staying safe!
