About MWCPD

"The mission of the Midwest City Police Department is to provide
law enforcement services, education and leadership
through community oriented policing."

The Midwest City Police Department organizational structure includes Bureaus, Divisions, Watches, Shifts, Units, and Individuals; each of which are assigned specific responsibilities which include activities directly related to carrying out or supporting the Department’s Mission, goals, and objectives.

The professional conduct of our police officers is very important to public trust and overall confidence in our department.  Community policing begins with a commitment to building trust and mutual respect between police and communities.  When police and communities collaborate, they more effectively address underlying issues, change negative behavioral patterns, and allocate resources.
