  • Indemnification policies

    • The City of Midwest City is not responsible for accidents or injuries occurring during the activities at Reed Ballpark and/or the Midwest City MAC (Multi-Athletic Complex).
    • I assume full and complete responsibility for myself and my child's actions while participating in the activity or attending an event at facilities owned by the City of Midwest City. 
    • I hereby indemnify and hold harmless the City of Midwest City, the Midwest City Municipal Authority, and its Agents from any and all claims, actions, demands, costs, liabilities, expenses, or judgement whatsoever. 
    • I understand there is inherent risk in participating in any physical activity. I agree that I have read and understand the given terms and conditions.
