Training Center Rental / Fee Schedule

The Midwest City Police and Fire Training Center offers flexible rental options to accommodate training needs for public safety professionals and agencies. Below is the fee schedule, categorized by facility usage:

1. Burn Tower Rental
Description: A multi-story structure designed for live-fire training exercises and other tactical drills.
• Daily Rate: $1000/day
• Half-Day Rate: $450 (up to 4 hours)

2. Classroom Rental
Description: Fully equipped classroom with AV capabilities, whiteboards, and flexible seating arrangements.
• Daily Rate: $500/day
• Half-Day Rate: $250(up to 4 hours)
• Hourly Rate: $100/hour (2-hour minimum)

3. Full Facility Rental
Description: Access to all training facilities, including the Burn Tower, classrooms, and additional outdoor training grounds.
• Daily Rate: $1,500/day
• Half-Day Rate: $750 (up to 4 hours)

Additional Notes

1. Reservation Policy:
• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
• Full payment must be made 7 days prior to the scheduled date.
2. Cancellation Policy:
• Full refund if canceled at least 14 days before the reserved date.
• 50% refund if canceled 7-13 days before.
• No refund if canceled within 7 days of the reserved date.
3. Insurance:
• Proof of liability insurance is required for all renters prior to facility use.
4. After-Hours Usage:
• Additional $200 surcharge for rentals outside standard operating hours (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday). Will cover Midwest City Fire Department Representative.
5. Live Fire Training
- $150 per Live Fire Evolution. This includes consumables and LFC per NFPA 1403.
