Sign Permit Application

Click the link above to register for a CityWorks account and apply for a sign permit in Midwest City. Engineering & Construction Services will receive a copy of your permit once the online application has been submitted.

Please fill out all required information indicated with an asterisk (*). Any additional documents uploaded to the application must be in PDF format.

A sign permit is required for all new free-standing and wall signs as well as modifications to existing signs. Applications for sign permits may only be made by the owner of the property where the sign is to be located or the sign contractor licensed by the City of Midwest City.
