Is there a City tag for my animal and are they required?

Yes. City ordinance states that your pet(s) must be licensed through the City of Midwest City. License tags for altered (spayed or neutered) animals are $5 and $10 for unaltered. Bring veterinarian records to the Animal Shelter and a tag can be issued. License tags are valid for one year from the time of issue.
