CONSTRUCTION Permits

•  LDP (Land Disturbing Permit) (An approved “Land Disturbing” permit is required prior to any land change that may result in soil erosion from water and/or wind, and the movement of sediments into Community Waters or onto lands and roadways within the community including, but not limited to, clearing, dredging, grading, excavating, transporting, stockpiling, mining, and filling of land.)

•  CSDP (Construction Stormwater Discharge Permit) (All new utility, industrial, commercial, institutional and multi-family residential facilities, and all residential subdivisions shall obtain a Construction Stormwater Discharge Permit.)

•  SWPPP (Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan) (A Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan is required when submitting a CSDP .)

•  NOT (Notice of Termination) (A notice of termination is required when there is a need to transfer permit coverage or when an operator of a permitted site has completed all construction phases for that site and applied for a Certificate of Occupancy.)

INDUSTRIAL Permits

  •  ISDP (Industrial Stormwater Discharge Permit) (The ISDP is required by any existing industrial, commercial, or institutional facilities that have any applicable SIC codes.)

•  NEC (No Exposure Certification) (An NEC can be applied for if your facility has applicable SIC codes but no operations or storage are exposed to rain or storm water runoff.)

•  SWPPP (Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan) (A Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan is required when submitting a ISDP.)

•  NOT (Notice of Termination) (A notice of termination is required when there is a need to transfer permit coverage or when a permitted site no longer has operations or storage related to operations exposed to rain or storm water runoff.)
