The mission of the Public Works Administration office is to administer a professional level of customer service
to our residents, by providing administrative services for all departments. The City of Midwest City has earned national recognition in several areas, which is a direct
result of strong leadership and the hard work of
Public Works staff. Public Works is a diverse
department that shares one common goal, working
to improve the quality of life in Midwest City.
Pubic Works Administration provides for the design,
construction, management and maintenance of the City's infrastructure. In addition, the department is responsible
for related activities such as community clean up, graffiti
abatement, and facilitating environmental compliance.
The goal of the Public Works Administration
is to provide top quality, professional, effective, and timely deliverance of services to residents, businesses and city departments, while assuring customer satisfaction.
We intend to constantly improve the quality of life
in our community.
December 2007 Ice Storm Debris Removal
The final pass for curb-side pickup of vegetative
debris will be a one day pick-up scheduled for March 17th.
Please place your debris within
10 feet of the
curb
and please do not stack debris
on or around mail boxes, fire hydrants, gas meters,
water meters or telephone and cable boxes.
After March 17th regular debris pick up
procedures and prices will resume.
