This has been adopted as the slogan for the Economic Development Commission. It is based upon the facts: The expansion of Tinker Air force Base, the building of a new conference center and connecting hotel, the development of 93 acres as a new shopping center, and the rapid expansion of available housing east of I-35 all contribute to this now being one of the hottest areas for new development in the metro area.
A class 1 fire rating, lower utility bills, and a low crime rate and a development friendly attitude are just a few of the reasons that definitely:
