This division is compromised of customer service, billing and collection of all city utility bills. This includes water, sewer and sanitation services for the residents of Midwest City and some adjacent areas.

Hours of Operation:
Lobby hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Payment Drive-Up Window open 7:30 am - 5:30 pm
Customer Service by phone: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm
Drop Box Payment picked up by 3:30, credits as the same day
Automatic Bank Payment Available
