Municipal Court

This division administers the municipal court which
processes over 18,000 citations a year.
Court clerk personnel perform all duties related to the
prosecution and collections of criminal complaints.

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday
8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

We accept Cash, Check (with valid photo I.D.),
Money Order, Cashier Check, and Credit Cards.

Court Trials are every Monday at 3:00 p.m.

Court Arraignments are every Thursday at 3:00 p.m.

Juvenile Court is the 2nd and 4th Wednesday
of the month at 4:00 p.m.

Environmental Court is the 4th Wednesday
of the month at 3:00 p.m.

Small Claims/Pass Port is every Thursday
from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.
