1. Discussion and consideration of passing
and approving a resolution for final adoption of the 07-08 budget, as amended,
for the Midwest City Utilities Authority, a public trust, and releasing the
budgetary fund
balance at the close of day June 30, 2008 to be made available for fiscal year
2008-09; amending the budget for fiscal
year 2008-09 to include the released commitments
from the fiscal year 2007-08 budget as budget
amendments; and, effective July 1, 2008, renewing all encumbrance commitments
cancelled at the close of day June 30, 2008.
